Who we are
A Cairo advisory built around one country.
Medjay is a geopolitical alignment advisory based in Cairo. We help companies align with where Egyptian policy is heading, not with any political side. That starts with understanding the forces behind it, from public finances and foreign partners to regional supply and domestic priorities.
We take our name from the Medjay of ancient Egypt, the desert scouts and guards who watched the country’s frontiers. We do a modern version of that job: see what is coming and report it early, in plain language.
